Each year, The Compassionate Friends of Eastern Arkansas hosts the Walk to Remember, bringing together families and community members to celebrate the lives of children, grandchildren, siblings, and loved ones who are deeply missed.
This special event is open to everyone, regardless of where they are on their grief journey. Whether your loss occurred recently or many years ago, you are welcome to walk in honor and memory of your loved one.
The walk serves as both a time of remembrance and an opportunity to raise awareness that grief continues long after a funeral ends—and that support is available.
Honor the lives and legacies of our loved ones.
Provide a supportive environment where grieving families can gather with others who understand.
Raise awareness of child, grandchild, and sibling loss within our communities.
Help fund free grief support meetings and annual remembrance programs offered by our chapter.
Celebrate love, remembrance, and hope while ensuring that every life continues to be remembered.
Registration is simple and open to anyone wishing to participate.
Each registered participant receives a commemorative event item (when available), and registration fees help support the mission and programs of The Compassionate Friends of Eastern Arkansas.
Registration includes:
Event participation
Memorial activities
Access to remembrance displays
Fellowship with other families
Registration details and online forms will be posted as each year's event approaches.
